Because The New Center is an educational and training institution, we are able to offer reduced rates for some clients who may not have insurance. We also operate on a need-based sliding fee scale. | Parking at The New Center 2 hour metered parking is available on Ashland Ave., Lincoln Ave. and Belmont Street. Meters accept Quarters only for each 1 hour of parking. When parking your car on neighborhood streets, please be sure to read all city signing to avoid tickets or towing. |
